Grand opening in grand Wuhan
We recently shared our excitement of the signature Element Fresh opening in Wuhan. The idea of this particular restaurant was spurred in the first meeting between Li Na & Element Fresh when discussing their long-term partnership and objectives. Two years later, all involved are extremely proud to be introducing a healthy lifestyle dining destination to Wuhan, and the most unique Element Fresh in China.
On April 20th, many people including family, friends and the media gathered at Tiandi Plaza to mark a special occasion, with the opening of Li Na’s signature Element Fresh restaurant. Li Na graciously acted as the opening ceremony host, and welcomed everyone at her hometown landmark. She expressed her gratitude for Scott Minoie, who developed Element Fresh in 2002, and engineered many new superfoods into an array of recipes and menu items for the past 15 years. Li Na appreciates the ability to work with Scott, and being able to craft many special dishes with him, and labelling those curated menu items with her personal signature, which customer can see throughout the menu.
Good ingredients alone don’t make a great recipe!
In the highlight of the night, Li Na surprised all by revealing her Australian Open Tiffany Silver Plate, which will now be permanently displayed at the Wuhan Element Fresh! This will be included among several of Li Na’s personal trophies displayed throughout the restaurant, serving as a wonderful reminder of her great career in world championship tennis.
An additional benefit to our Wuhan menu is that it will have many unique dishes that are “Exclusive toWuhan”. These four dishes were inspired by the local dining culture and food markets in Wuhan, along with Scott and Li Na’s goal to make this Element Fresh unlike any other in China.
After all the speeches and interviews, the grand opening night was capped off by a gala dinner assembled by the TOP Element Fresh chefs; a great way to end an evening that no one will soon forget.
